Endolaser in Burgess Hill & Haywards Heath
Discover the next generation of aesthetic rejuvenation with Endolaser—an advanced, minimally invasive laser treatment designed to tighten loose skin, stimulate natural collagen production, and improve facial and body contours without the need for surgery.
Using an ultra-fine optical fibre placed beneath the skin, Endolaser delivers precise laser energy to targeted tissues. This stimulates collagen remodelling, improves skin firmness, and can help reduce small, localised fat deposits in selected treatment areas. The result is a naturally lifted, firmer, and more youthful appearance with minimal downtime.

Endolaser is ideal for individuals seeking an effective alternative to surgical procedures. Common treatment areas include the jawline, chin, neck, cheeks, under-eye area, abdomen, arms, thighs, and knees. Most patients can return to their normal daily activities shortly after treatment, while improvements continue to develop over the following weeks and months as collagen production increases.
Our experienced practitioners provide personalised consultations to determine whether Endolaser is the right treatment for your goals. Every treatment plan is tailored to deliver safe, natural-looking results that enhance your confidence without the need for extensive surgery.
Book your consultation today and discover how Endolaser can help you achieve smoother, firmer, and more youthful-looking skin.

When I first began researching Endolaser technology, I wanted to ensure the equipment I invested in, and the technology I trained to use, was the best choice for my clinic and, most importantly, my patients.
I spent considerable time comparing the available technologies, examining how the machines worked, their capabilities, the science behind their wavelengths, and the flexibility they offered for different aesthetic procedures.
During my research, two manufacturers stood out as leading contenders: Eufoton, the Italian manufacturer behind the original Endolift® technology, and TRIANGEL, the manufacturer of the dual-wavelength 980 nm and 1470 nm Endolaser system.
Both offered sophisticated laser technology, but as I looked more closely at their individual capabilities, TRIANGEL became my first choice by quite a considerable margin.
My decision rested on several key factors.
1. Two Laser Wavelengths Rather Than One
For me, this was one of the most compelling advantages.
The original Endolift® technology uses a 1470 nm wavelength, which is particularly useful for delivering controlled thermal energy into water-rich tissues, encouraging tissue contraction and collagen remodelling.
TRIANGEL offers something different: two wavelengths, 980 nm and 1470 nm, which can be used independently or simultaneously.
The 980 nm wavelength provides additional tissue-heating and coagulation characteristics, including interaction with haemoglobin, while the 1470 nm wavelength has strong absorption in water-rich tissue.
The ability to combine the two gives the practitioner additional flexibility when selecting how laser energy is delivered.
In my opinion, having two complementary wavelengths available in one machine represented a significant technical advantage over being restricted to one.
2. Greater Versatility Across Different Treatments
I wasn’t simply looking for a machine capable of performing one particular facial procedure.
I wanted technology that offered the potential for a wider range of applications, including facial tightening, jawline definition, submental contouring, localised fat reduction and skin remodelling.
TRIANGEL’s dual-wavelength platform appealed to me because of the flexibility it offered, with the ability to select one wavelength or combine both, according to the procedure and the treatment protocol.
Eufoton also offers wider medical and aesthetic applications through its laser platforms, and I certainly wouldn’t underestimate its technology.
However, I considered TRIANGEL’s dual-wavelength configuration particularly attractive for the type of aesthetic treatments I wanted to offer.
3. The Ability to Use Both Wavelengths Simultaneously
This was another important consideration.
TRIANGEL’s ability to deliver 980 nm and 1470 nm together gives the practitioner the option of combining their different tissue-interaction characteristics in a single treatment.
Rather than relying exclusively on a single wavelength, the technology provides greater control over the choice of wavelength combination.
I regarded this as a valuable development in Endolaser equipment design.
It is important to understand that two wavelengths do not automatically produce better clinical results. However, the additional flexibility was a major reason I preferred this system.
4. Industry Recognition and Manufacturer Development
I was also impressed by TRIANGEL’s broader work in medical laser technology.
The manufacturer received recognition from Medical Tech Outlook as Most Trusted Medical Aesthetic Equipment Manufacturer 2026.
For me, this recognition added to the company’s credentials and reflected its commitment to developing equipment for the medical and aesthetic sectors.
While industry awards should not be confused with independent evidence of clinical superiority, they are another factor worth considering when assessing a manufacturer.
5. Choosing Technology for the Long Term
Investing in clinical laser equipment is a substantial decision, and I wanted to think beyond the treatments I would be offering immediately.
Technology evolves, treatment methods develop, and practitioners continue to gain experience and undertake additional training.
I felt that choosing a platform with two independently selectable wavelengths, as well as simultaneous operation, offered a greater degree of flexibility for the future.
This was important to me both professionally and commercially.
My Assessment of Endolift® Versus TRIANGEL
I want to make it clear that the original Endolift® technology is a credible and established system.
Eufoton has developed specialist laser equipment and proprietary microfibre techniques that deserve recognition. Its 1470 nm technology is well suited to the procedures for which it has been developed.
My preference for TRIANGEL is not a suggestion that Endolift is ineffective or outdated.
Rather, when I compared the two systems against the features that mattered most to me, TRIANGEL offered the more attractive combination of wavelength selection, operational flexibility and broader platform capabilities.
The availability of both 980 nm and 1470 nm, particularly their simultaneous use, was the deciding factor.
My Final Decision
After considering both manufacturers, TRIANGEL was my clear first choice, and by a considerable margin.
I wanted to invest in technology that gave me more options, rather than simply choosing the best-known brand name.
I also wanted a machine that I felt confident investing my time in learning, understanding and training with.
For me, TRIANGEL offered the most compelling combination of technology, versatility and future potential.
That is why I chose TRIANGEL dual-wavelength Endolaser technology for Real Health & Aesthetics.
